1.Pre- Order & Available Items
A ‘Confirmation Mail’ would be sent
within 48 hours after an order is placed.
For pre-order items, please allow 8-14 working days for goods to be delivered after confirmation of payment.
Available items would be sending out within 1-2 working days once payment is confirmed.

4.Return Policy
Full refund is available ONLY for short of stock due to production matters.

5. Collection Method
Hand Delivery
- S$5.00 is charge to your doorstep
-for overseas bulk items like bags
Normal Mail
~for clothing - $1.00/each
~for bags - $1.50/each
Registered Mail
~for clothing - $1.50/each
~for bags - $2.00/each
~There will be an additional $2.24 applicable for registered articles
*** We will not be liable for any loss by normal mail hence registered mail is strongly recommended.*

Once item is confirmed and payment is made,no refund will be made upon cancellation.
